Hong Kong local banks and the company's settlement department will suspend business operations from April 3 to April 7, 2026. Local deposit, wire transfer and withdrawal services will be suspended during Hong Kong public holidays.

If you require funds during the aforementioned dates, please arrange for fund transfers in advance to avoid insufficient margin due to market fluctuations.
 
Please note that due to the holiday, all unexecuted limit orders will be automatically cancelled after the market closes. If needed, customers can manually reset their limit orders after the market opens on the next trading day. For inquiries, please contact our customer service department.
 
If the maintenance margin ratio is less than 300% before the market closes during the holiday, and there are any open positions in the account, they will be automatically locked (making the number of buy and sell orders in the account equal) to ensure that there will be no unexpected losses due to market gaps after the holiday.
